Interruptions

For some reason DeviantArt won't add the description I keep trying to put in my latest deviation. So here it is as a journal, which also serves as a quick update on my goings-on:

Just got back from helping scope and write insurance claims in Beaumont, which was heavily flooded by Hurricane Harvey. We stayed in an RV park. My mom had her horse trailer, but her work partner took the other bed. Thankfully the guy in the RV next door worked nights as a crane operator and only slept on his couch. He let me use his bed in the back. He was incredibly helpful and even kept watch over our crockpot meal when we had to go to Houston to meet our regional supervisor.

It went really well, and it was an adventure. But I'm glad it's over. Here's the tattoo that I designed for the guy who let me sleep in his RV. He didn't really want tattoos, but he's a rough motorcycle owner and wants to have some designs around in case he does get a tattoo one day. This way he can get a discount at the tattoo shop by giving the artist something to work off of.

I was still trying to finish it when we had to leave. Would have completed it, but if we'd stayed a minute longer the RV Park owner would have charged us for two more weeks
